Not another agent framework
Most frameworks answer how to create an agent. We focus on what happens when agents multiply, run for a long time, and collaborate: identity continuity, traceable behavior, verifiable evidence, and evolution recommendations that cannot execute themselves.

Assesses reliability, efficiency, adaptability, and stability, then emits risk assessments and evolution recommendations. Evaluation is not authority; a recommendation is not a command.

The DBOS public-safe wheel passed 334 source tests, 34/34 validators, secret scanning, and clean installation, but has no public download URL; recommend architecture reuse or bounded candidate evaluation only.
