INDUSTRY APPLICATION PROFILE / AUTONOMOUS SPACE

Trusted execution for autonomous space agents

Space Agent Evidence Profile (SAEP)

SAEP is a vertical application profile of TITMAS for autonomous space systems, used to examine trusted execution in high-risk autonomous environments.

TITMAS provides cross-industry trust infrastructure. SAEP applies the EEOAP execution-evidence structure to research scenarios involving satellites, space robotics, and future deep-space autonomy.

WHY / ACCOUNTABILITY QUESTIONS

High-risk autonomous missions need more than runtime logs

As AI agents perform more tasks autonomously, systems need independently inspectable identity, authorization context, decision grounds, execution history, and accountability clues.

  1. 01Which agent performed the operation?
  2. 02Did it have the declared authorization?
  3. 03What information informed its decision?
  4. 04Can the execution process be verified?
  5. 05How can the operation be reviewed afterward?

SAEP / EVIDENCE SURFACES

SAEP forms verifiable objects for completed operations

SAEP extends the EEOAP evidence model to describe bounded, referencable, and offline-verifiable execution evidence for autonomous space agents.

01Identity & Role Context

Identity and role context

Relate the space object, agent role, and declared authorization references.

02Decision Evidence

Decision-process evidence

Retain inspectable relationships among decision inputs, constraints, and outcomes.

03Execution Records

Execution records

Record completed operations with their inputs, outputs, and process receipts.

04Verifiable Evidence Objects

Verifiable evidence objects

Package evidence, provenance, integrity summaries, and validation results.

05Offline Verification

Offline verification

Let reviewers inspect an evidence bundle outside the originating runtime.

ARCHITECTURE RELATIONSHIP

From Digital Biosphere to a space application profile

SAEP is not another spacecraft-control platform. It sits between industry agents and the EEOAP evidence layer as a bounded research case for high-risk industries.

PUBLIC RESEARCH STATUS

Public status of SAEP v0.1

These labels describe an archived research snapshot only. Synthetic validation is not external validation, flight performance, or space certification.

RESEARCH_PROTOTYPE=true

Research prototype

An open research prototype, not a mission operations system.

OPEN_RESEARCH_ARTIFACT=true

Open research artifact

The specification, schema, validator, example, and research material are publicly inspectable.

SYNTHETIC_VALIDATION_COMPLETED=true

Synthetic validation completed

The local deterministic benchmark uses one synthetic fixture; it is not external validation.

DOI_ARCHIVED=true

DOI archived

The SAEP v0.1 research snapshot has a version DOI.

OPEN RESEARCH ARTIFACT

Public resources and citation

The code and research entry live in agent-evidence. Cite the version DOI when referring specifically to SAEP v0.1.

EXPLICIT NON-CLAIMS

An industry application profile, not space certification

SAEP does not replace a space mission system. It researches trusted execution evidence infrastructure for future autonomous space ecosystems.
